Everything we do
Septic Services in Whatcom County
Routine maintenance, the emergencies, the paperwork, and the big jobs when a system has finally had enough.
01The argument
One company for the whole system
Septic work in this county usually gets split between a pumper, a repair contractor, a designer and whoever handles the county paperwork. Every handover is somewhere for something to fall through, and when a system fails afterwards nobody owns it.
We do the routine work, the emergency work, the diagnostic work and the design and installation side. One number to call whether the tank is due, the alarm is going, or the county has written to you.
02Services
The eleven with their own page
Pumping through to design and permitting. Each one sets out what is included, how the job runs, and what it costs to get wrong.
Septic Tank Pumping
Routine and overdue pumping. Both chambers, lids dug out at no extra charge, and the tank inspected while it is open.
Septic Inspections
Property transfer and routine inspections, with a written report escrow and the county can both act on.
Septic System Repair
Baffles, lids, risers, pumps, alarms and blocked lines. We diagnose before anyone quotes a replacement.
Drain Field Repair and Replacement
Whether a saturated field can be recovered or genuinely needs replacing, and the evidence for the call.
Septic System Installation
New systems from site evaluation and soil testing through design, permit and final county inspection.
Septic System Replacement
Full replacement when a system is finished, including decommissioning the old tank properly.
Emergency Septic Service
Backing up, alarm sounding, sewage surfacing. Same day response, priced before we start.
Septic Tank Locating and Records
Finding a buried system on a property where nobody knows where anything is, and tracking down the as-built.
Riser and Lid Installation
Lids brought to ground level so future service does not start with an hour of digging.
Pump and Alarm Replacement
Effluent and grinder pumps, floats and alarm panels on pressurised, mound and sand filter systems.
Septic Design and Permitting
Test pits, soil logs, a design the ground will support, and a permit package the county will accept.
